Split of Payment & Discounts Settings

This feature provides greater flexibility when creating promotions to now be able to split out the option for 'Available for all payments and discounts' into two distinct options allow either option to now be selected.

Refund Items with Promotions / Discounts

When items on an account are needing to be refunded this new functionality will enable the guest to correctly be refunded the amount they paid for items where any promotions or discounts were used, this means more accurate data for reporting and any stock reconciliation.

Auto Addition of a Contribution to a Table Account

Automatically when a new table is opened a product can be added to the account for customers to take contributions for Carbon Zero transition in order to improve social responsibility.

Refund of Items from an Alternate Site with QR code on Receipt

When printing a receipt a QR code can be included which can be used when needing to perform a refund at a different site compared to the original site where the transaction were performed.

When printing QR codes on bills or receipts a size can now be set, either small, medium or large. This enables multiple device scanner types to be able to easily scan the QR code.

Omit VAT Line from receipts for selected Payment Methods

This setting allows you to configure selected payment methods so that VAT/tax information is omitted from the receipt when printed

Gift Receipts

When purchasing items in some circumstances a guest may require a gift receipt for all or selected items on an account, this new feature enables gift receipts to be produced from the POS terminal either for open or closed accounts.

Product Lookup and Search by Reference

Configuration now allows product search on the POS terminal to use the import / export reference as a search term. Additionally the description and new country of origin can be displayed to operators when using a price enquiry

QR Codes on Bill / Receipt Footers with Custom URLs

Enhancements to the feature introduced in 3.26.0 now enable QR codes to be printed on bills and receipts along with a customisable URL that will enable dynamic fields to be included when the QR code is printed, especially use for Pay My Bill.

Filter by Priced Items Only

A new filter has been added the price matrix within Standard Pricing to view items that contain a price.

Automatically Transfer Ownership of Tables User Accounts

When an account has been created by Tables they were classified as the 'Account Owner', this feature now automatically updates the account owner to be the first POS operator who picks up the table, there are no operational or setting changes for this.
